TSB Manager was released almost 10 years ago which changed the face of online Tecmo. It made the impossible task of manipulating hex code into a magical manipulation of classic Tecmo players into anyone you desired. While it has been improved over time, it has always seemed like it could be a little easier to use as over the years FAQs and countless questions have been asked.
Just over two years ago, Bad_Al blew all of our minds with a text/graphics based TSB Tool that somehow managed to make the manipulation of TSB data even easier. Instead of formulating player names and data to type in, you could now copy and paste this data which meant that editing a rom wasn't only easier, it was now quicker.
Today we are met with another leap in TSB editting, this time we've made a leap in the number of systems capable of editting a TSB rom. Chris Povirk's first post was a doozy as he has released "General Manager for Tecmo Super Bowl" a Java based editor capable of running on windows/mac/linux/anything capable of supporting java. While this editor will obiously appeal to those not running Windows, it should also cater to those who prefer a TSB Manager-esque GUI interface that is a little more straightforward and with some added features.
Here are the listed features, with some notes

Per usual, cxrom is at the cutting edge of excelence has he's updated his Tecmo Super NBA editor to include the NES Tecmo NBA for one stop rom editing.
